The fuel cell will provide many a benefit to the current economy as well as the environment. Such benefits range from sustainability to reduced emissions. One can easily find the numerous research reports which will show how much more effective a fuel cell is than fossil fuel based energy sources. In this case we are talking about hydrogen fuel cells as opposed to lithium ion. This is because the lithium ion does not represent a sustainable fuel cell whereas the hydrogen version does. The only disadvantage to be found in regards to fuel cells which run on hydrogen reactions is that the manufacturing process is less than environmentally friendly.
